Requirements
- 7+ years shipping production software with strong hands-on coding ability and operational maturity
- On-call experience in systems that authenticate and authorize at high throughput
- Ability to travel 35% including occasional international travel
- Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0 OIDC SAML SCIM RFC 8693 token exchange act claims CIMD and DCR DPoP
- Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 for Agentic Applications NIST AI RMF and MITRE ATLAS
- Comfort mapping deployments to HIPAA FedRAMP and SOC 2
- Experience with ReBAC and ABAC using policy engines such as OPA Cedar or OpenFGA
- Built production integrations with Claude ChatGPT Microsoft Copilot Agentforce Bedrock LangChain CrewAI OpenAI Agents SDK or MCP servers
- Daily use of Claude Code Cursor GitHub Copilot or equivalent
- Customer-facing range across technical standups and CISO briefings

Day to day
