Requirements

  • Senior front-end engineer with React and TypeScript in production
  • Experience with Sanity or an equivalent headless CMS and structured content modelling
  • Experience with agentic harness code orchestration around LLM calls tool use evals and structured output
  • Comfortable in a TypeScript-strict Tailwind and shadcn/ui codebase
  • Strong opinions on dense data clarity keyboard-first workflows and honest loading states

Day to day

  • Build the product UI in Next.js React and TypeScript with Server Components and streaming for obligation views evidence chains audit trails and human-in-the-loop review workflows
  • Own the design system and component library using shadcn/ui Radix Tailwind Storybook and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility testing in CI
  • Stand up and improve the content platform on Sanity with structured content modelling while collaborating with the Content and Category Lead
  • Enhance the agentic harness layer including tool-use loops streaming states interruption recovery Zod-validated structured output and actionable compliance workflows
