Requirements
- 4+ years in front-end development for commercial software
- 1+ year of commercial software development with TypeScript and React
- Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals including big-O data structures and algorithms
- Excellent knowledge of TypeScript JavaScript CSS3 and HTML5
- Experience building complex user interfaces
- Good sense of usability
- Experience with performance optimization
- Upper-intermediate spoken and written English
- Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly
- Ability to work autonomously and remotely without micro-management
- Ability to learn and collaborate on unfamiliar topics
- Experience with Java or Kotlin is a plus

Day to day
- Develop flagship Jira Cloud products using TypeScript JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks
- Write efficient maintainable and testable client-side code with strong attention to user experience security and performance
- Collaborate closely with product managers designers developers QA engineers and technical writers to solve customer problems and improve enterprise productivity
