- 6+ years of experience building production software systems
- Strong in Typescript, JavaScript, Material UI or similar
- Proficient in NodeJS, React, GraphQL or Rest APIs
- Unit testing with Jest, Vitest, or Mocha
- Experience with analytics tools and A/B testing tools
- Background in performance improvement
- Experience creating customer onboarding/check out applications
- Customer-first mindset
- Ability to make partnerships with product, marketing, and customer teams
- Knowledge of software engineering practices and life cycle
- Proven coding standards, code reviews, and source control
- Learn and solve problems with passion
Nice to have
- Experience with Datadog or similar
- Experience in CI/CD, .Net/C#, GCP
- Integration experience with various tools
- Experience in startups
- Telehealth or D2C e-commerce experience
Day to day
- Support our Clinical Users and Teams
- Enable Clinical Management and Provider Tooling
- Support and enhance the Provider Portal
- Write code and work on features
- Participate in standup and architecture discussions
- Ensure testing for robust release
- Contribute to code reviews and peer questions
- Validate technologies to achieve development goals
- Collaborate across teams for business objectives
- Mentor and guide developers
- Learn and build end-to-end solutions at Henry Meds
