Day to day

  • Own the UI layer for agent-forward onboarding that teaches by doing and feels like a trainer rather than a chat window
  • Build experiences around unstructured-data workflows that turn email into a CRM and make the result feel trustworthy and actionable
  • Design and instrument B2B experiments end to end in Amplitude so funnels, metrics, and org-level conversion yield clean learning
  • Work across onboarding activation billing import and other product surfaces as Growth experiments demand
  • Ship quickly with a learning-first mindset then standardize and clean up what proves valuable
