Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Frontend Engineer, with a strong track record of delivering complex, high-performance SPAs
- Deep expertise in React and its ecosystem, including state management libraries
- Experience optimizing frontend performance and implementing best practices for scalability
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively when faced with technical challenges
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote team environment
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code
- Comfort in working with WebRTC, WebAssembly, and WebGPU

Day to day
- Design, develop, and maintain a high-performance, feature-rich React / TypeScript frontend
- Implement complex functionalities and processing capabilities within the frontend, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ML and Backend Engineers, to integrate AI modules or other algorithms with specific requirements and constraints
- Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the Iris Platform
- Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and best practices, and incorporate them into the application as appropriate
