- 5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience
- Expert-level Vanilla JS and React with deep platform knowledge
- Strong command of component-oriented programming and MVC architecture patterns
- Proven experience building and maintaining design systems at scale
- Hands-on Storybook experience for component development and documentation
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered dev tools used daily
- Ability to go from Figma designs to production-ready component code leveraging AI
- Experience writing and generating UI tests with Playwright
- Track record of writing well-tested production-grade frontend code
- Experience collaborating with design and product in fast-moving environments
- Comfortable working independently and driving decisions with minimal oversight
