- BA/BS required with a major in an analytical field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Advanced experience with React TypeScript and Playwright
- Hands-on software development experience in a highly scaled environment
- Experience working on Agile engineering teams
- Experience with pair programming
- Some experience working in Python
- AWS Certified Associate or higher

Day to day
- Develop next-generation assessments using React TypeScript and Playwright in a modern full stack environment
- Design and execute automated tests while migrating existing Python-based automation to Playwright with TypeScript
- Collaborate closely with product design technical teams and Agile engineers to deliver features improve user experience and strengthen performance
- Participate in code reviews and contribute as a hands-on technical engineer across development QA and production support
