  • 3+ years relational database design and optimization
  • 2+ years in a technical lead architect or senior ownership role
  • At least one end-to-end platform shipped to production
  • Fluent in Node.js with NestJS or Express or Laravel
  • Strong experience with React and or Next.js
  • Advanced PostgreSQL schema design indexing transactions and tuning
  • Experience designing secure REST and or GraphQL APIs
  • Knowledge of RBAC JWT OAuth audit logging and encryption
  • Ability to design scalable maintainable systems and document decisions
  • Experience with Git code review branching and team workflows

  • Architect the national platform across web mobile GIS and database layers
