Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on coding in a typed OOP language such as Java C# TypeScript Go or Kotlin
- Professional experience building both modern front-end apps and backend APIs/services
- Proven ability to design production-grade architecture across front-end backend data and integration layers
- Skilled at breaking down complex requirements into implementation plans and technical docs
- Experience leading technical work for a small team or owning a major feature area
- Solid grasp of API design auth patterns data modeling error handling and testing
- Able to ramp up in a large complex codebase with minimal direction
- Practical security knowledge including access control data protection dependency hygiene and production readiness
- Strong communication skills for explaining tradeoffs to engineers and stakeholders
- Familiarity with AI application patterns including tool calling prompt/control flow context management and safe handling of model I/O

Day to day
