Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field and 3 years of relevant experience or Master's degree or foreign equivalent and 1 year of relevant experience
- At least 1 year of experience designing scalable production-grade full-stack applications and decentralized application interfaces using TypeScript and high-performance React integrations
- At least 1 year of experience developing resilient backend systems using Nestjs APIs and services including blockchain data processing with Temporal workers distributed task orchestration and real-time event handling
- At least 1 year of experience building testing and deploying Solidity smart contracts in production with security standards and gas optimization best practices
- At least 1 year of experience designing and maintaining blockchain infrastructure components such as indexers event listeners via webhooks and data pipelines for hybrid on-chain off-chain systems
- At least 1 year of experience delivering reliable maintainable production code with measurable improvements in scalability uptime and performance across distributed systems
- At least 1 year of experience designing and deploying monitoring observability and fault-tolerant solutions to ensure system resilience at scale

Day to day
- Design and deliver secure scalable crypto and Web3 systems with ownership of payments infrastructure digital wallets minting frameworks and decentralized applications
- Build advanced APIs distributed backend services and complex front-end interfaces for blockchain-enabled products
- Lead architectural decisions collaborate with Product and Engineering and improve performance security reliability and maintainability across multiple products
- Mentor engineers write documentation and conduct performance profiling threat modeling and security audits to support robust production systems
