Requirements
- Strong experience in full stack software engineering across front-end and back-end development
- Solid experience with React or similar modern front-end frameworks
- Strong back-end engineering experience ideally with GoLang or comparable languages
- Experience designing and building scalable APIs services and cloud-native applications
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices including CI/CD deployment monitoring automation and incident response
- Experience delivering secure observable high-quality production software
- Strong focus on code quality automated testing documentation performance and maintainability
- Ability to lead technical design discussions and influence architectural decisions
- Effective collaboration and communication skills across Product Design Platform and Engineering teams
- Ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes from design through to production

- Deliver AI-native features across carbon accounting ESG data collection and sustainability planning capabilities in a modern full stack environment
- Own reliability operational excellence and application-level DevOps while improving architecture performance quality and production readiness
