  • Strong SQL skills including performance optimisation and troubleshooting
  • Experience designing and building secure REST APIs
  • Comfortable working in React and core frontend technologies
  • Solid fundamentals in Git testing Linux and secure engineering practices
  • Hands-on daily experience with Claude Code and AI-assisted development
  • Ability to take ambiguous problems and drive them to production
  • Willingness to learn new domains quickly and work across many hats

Day to day

  • Own significant parts of the backend and contribute across the stack in a small senior team.
