Who you are

  • 5 years' experience building web applications using JavaScript, Node.js, and React
  • Experience with version control, unit testing, and continuous integration
  • Comfortable working in a remote team
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Available during core hours 1400 to 1700 UK time

Desirables

  • Experience with Linux Docker Prometheus Express MongoDB Redis PostgreSQL
  • Experience with Stripe or Recurly for billing and subscriptions


What the job involves

  • Provide technical input on development with product managers and UX researchers
  • Write high quality frontend and backend code in JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Write automated tests and participate in code reviews
  • Deploying code to production with DevOps practices
  • Participate in support rotations and improve processes through retrospectives
