Requirements

  • Significant experience designing and implementing full stack applications
  • Strong experience with a backend programming language preferably Go
  • Solid frontend experience with JavaScript modern HTML CSS and utility-first CSS frameworks such as Tailwind
  • Solid understanding of API design data modeling and distributed systems
  • Experience with PostgreSQL Redis and event-driven architectures such as gRPC
  • Ability to write clean modular maintainable code with focus on performance and reliability
  • Comfort balancing technical debt and business priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Independent goal-oriented and collaborative with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent English skills
  • Located in one of the European time zones
  • Formal education in Computer Science or a related field
  • Valid working rights in Europe

Day to day

  • Design and maintain scalable APIs in Go that support web and mobile clients
  • Build high-traffic user-facing pages with fast load times excellent usability and SEO best practices
  • Collaborate with engineers product managers and designers to deliver features end-to-end
  • Improve system performance monitoring developer experience and architectural quality across the stack
  • Drive technical decisions through RFCs code reviews A/B tests and rollout strategies
  • Ensure data integrity security and compliance while mentoring teammates and supporting interviews
