Requirements
- Strong Shopify Plus experience including Liquid Storefront API Admin API Functions and app development
- Frontend development experience with Ruby on Rails React and modern UI frameworks
- Backend development experience in the AWS ecosystem
- Understanding of AI technologies and their application in software development
- Experience with event-driven systems including webhooks queues EventBridge and SQS
- Comfortable with relational databases such as Postgres or MySQL
- Good understanding of ecommerce flows including views orders carts and payments
- Demonstrated success in a 0→1 setting or highly autonomous role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field

Day to day
- Build and maintain scalable integrations across Shopify-based ecommerce, logistics, and account systems to create a seamless customer experience
- Develop APIs and backend services that connect the mobile app third-party platforms and internal tools
- Collaborate with product design data and operations teams to deliver polished multi-platform solutions and improve engineering practices through documentation code reviews and refactoring
