Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience with Node.js, React, React Native, GraphQL, PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
- Strong understanding of why products are built and how they benefit users
- Experience using observability tools to improve reliability and diagnose performance, data accuracy, and UX issues
- Collaborative mindset with ability to understand nuanced problems and give and receive feedback
- Ability to thrive in a growing organization and lead on challenging problems
- Experience with integrations large scale data migrations and data accuracy is a plus

Day to day
- Build and support high-scale financial account integrations that ingest and process user data quickly, reliably, and accurately.
- Develop full stack features across React Native mobile experiences and Node.js backend services while collaborating with product managers and designers.
- Own complex technical decisions end to end, from design through production, and improve scalability, reliability, usability, security, and privacy.
