Requirements
- Several years of professional experience building and maintaining production web applications full-stack
- Strong PHP experience ideally with Laravel or another modern framework
- Commercial experience with Vue 3 or modern front-end tooling
- Hands-on experience deploying and running applications on AWS in a containerised environment with infrastructure as code
- Demonstrable fluency with AI coding tools and the discipline to use them well
- Strong testing experience with PHPUnit Pest and Playwright
- Pragmatic approach to testing with good judgement on useful coverage
- Ability to work effectively in a legacy codebase

Day to day
- Design, build and ship new features across the stack using Laravel/PHP on the backend and Vue 3 on the frontend
- Modernise existing functionality as part of an ongoing migration off legacy CodeIgniter code
- Own technical design and implementation for complex domains including payments data import pipelines and embedded front-end widgets
- Use AI tooling fluently in daily development workflows for drafting refactoring reviewing and delegated tasks while verifying and correcting outputs
- Contribute to architectural decisions code review technical standards and reliability improvements across the product
