Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or related field MS preferred
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ASP.NET and ASP.NET Core
- Full stack development experience across backend and frontend applications
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server PostgreSQL or similar backend/data technologies
- Hands-on depth in at least one modern frontend framework such as React Angular Vue or equivalent
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs using best practices
- Experience with CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins Azure Pipelines or GitHub Actions
- Experience with Git-based source control workflows
- Basic familiarity applying AI tools in software development workflows

Day to day
- Lead the design development testing and deployment of full stack features and enhancements for casualty solutions products
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET and ASP.NET best practices while supporting production systems end to end
- Contribute to modern frontend development and mentor junior engineers through code reviews pairing and technical guidance
- Troubleshoot production issues collaborate with cross functional teams and communicate progress tradeoffs and risks to stakeholders
