- 5+ years React development experience
- 3+ years TypeScript in production
- Strong React 18 knowledge including hooks Suspense lazy loading and memoization
- Experience with Redux Toolkit RTK Query React Hook Form and Yup or Zod
- Enterprise design system and component library experience
- 3+ years Node.js development experience
- 3+ years building REST APIs with Express or similar
- Experience integrating third-party REST and SOAP services
- Strong API design error handling and service integration knowledge
- Experience implementing JWT OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
- Hands-on experience with Redis caching strategies
- Experience with React Testing Library Vitest unit testing integration testing and async testing
- Strong problem-solving analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work with incomplete requirements in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong code review and mentoring capabilities
