EncorEstate Plans empowers trusted advisors with the highest quality estate planning service so clients complete and fund estate plans that protect what matters most.

Encore gives clients the best of both: a trusted advisor they already know, paired with a modern, supported estate planning experience. Advisors lead the conversations and facilitate the process through EncorEstate Plans, while our technology, professional support, and human oversight help ensure plans are executed and funded as intended, without practicing law.

Encore built the most comprehensive, customizable estate planning and trust funding platform made specifically for advisors. Kitces.com called Encore "the standout leader" in the category, and T3 and Inside Information have named Encore an "All Star" in Estate Planning Software for two years running (and, Encore is in the rarified 4% of companies who have earned an 8.0+/10 in the T3/Inside Information tech surveys for three years straight!).

Encore is trusted by 5,500+ advisors at firms like Mission Wealth, Kingsview Partners, Modern Wealth Management, and Choreo. Encore holds the highest advisor satisfaction rating in the industry: 8.3 out of 10 on the Kitces Advisor Productivity Survey, and 8.47 out of 10 on the T3/Inside Information Advisor Tech Survey. With Encore, advisors get human review of every estate plan, guaranteed; Pay-as-you-go pricing, no subscriptions; & Turnkey deed filing for trust funding.

Founded in 2021 by Mike Bennett and Matt Morris, Encore is bootstrapped and growing on its own terms, built by advisors' trust rather than outside investors. With Encore, estate planning becomes an integrated part of the client relationship, not a step outside it nor a handoff. Encore does not sell direct to consumers, compete with advisors, or replace attorneys. Encore exists to help you deliver a high-quality, end-to-end estate planning experience that strengthens relationships, improves follow-through, and protect what matters most.
