  • Strong C# or comparable OO language and confidence across the full stack

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines automated testing strategies and DevOps practices
  • Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases and working with data at scale
  • Ability to mentor engineers and lead technical decisions
  • Clear communicator who works directly with Product and Design
  • AI-native in how you develop using AI tooling daily

Day to day

  • Own features end-to-end from problem shaping with Product and Design through implementation testing production releases and future enhancements
  • Build customer-facing experiences and the backend systems and data models behind them while balancing UX quality and throughput
  • Evolve platform architecture across Core and Intelligence for scalability reliability and sustainability and support junior engineers as they grow
