Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science related field or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years experience in Python and modern JavaScript frameworks ideally React.js
- Strong production level DevOps experience with AWS Azure or GCP
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus Grafana or ELK
- Experience working with both Python and React and AWS hosting or back-end services
- Significant experience using agentic coding tools
- Experience designing building and maintaining automated tests and contributing to CI pipelines
- Experience working in agile teams
- Experience debugging and fixing live incidents under pressure
- Experience with continuous deployment pipelines
- Strong understanding of security performance and scalability best practices
- Strong ownership attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills and confidence with customers and partners
- Proactive and collaborative work ethic
- Comfortable using AI code development tooling
- Right to work in the UK
