Requirements
- 7+ years experience designing developing shipping and maintaining backend applications using Python and front-end web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks ideally React.js
- Strong DevOps experience at production administration level with AWS Azure or GCP
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus Grafana or ELK stack
- Experience working with both Python and React and some experience working with AWS hosting back-end services
- Significant experience using agentic coding tools
- Experience designing building and maintaining automated tests and contributing to CI pipelines
- Experience working in an agile set-up with sprints stand-ups and retros
- Experience debugging and fixing live incidents under pressure and improving systems to prevent recurrences
- Experience working with continuous deployment pipelines and improving such setups
- Strong understanding of security application performance and scalability best practices
- Strong sense of ownership attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with customers and partners in a technical leadership capacity
- Proactive mindset and willingness to initiate improvements
- Comfortable using AI code development tooling
- Right to work in the UK

Day to day
- Design and build key product features across the platform.
- Own end-to-end solution design for new features within a defined architecture framework.
- Develop reliable CI/CD pipelines and production-ready infrastructure using AWS and Terraform.
