What the job involves

• Design, develop, and implement new product features for internal teams and pet parents
• Evaluate technical feasibility by analyzing situations, insights, problem definitions, requirements, and proposed solutions
• Document solutions through detailed documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, and clear code
• Collaborate with operations and product teams to address technical issues
• Support and develop software engineers through advice, coaching, and educational opportunities
