Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in medical pharma or biotech field strongly preferred
- 12+ years in pharma or biotech
- Required 5+ years leading cross-functional product teams in pharma or biotech
- Experience in oncology development or radiopharmaceuticals advantageous
- Experience in clinical Phase 2 Phase 3 and through approval required
- Demonstrated strategic thinking effective communication and matrix collaboration
- Direct people management experience is an advantage

Day to day
- Own and lead global development of late-stage radiopharmaceutical compounds for therapeutic oncology indications
- Provide cross-functional leadership across clinical regulatory CMC quality manufacturing supply chain and commercial teams to drive milestones and approvals
- Maintain integrated development plans governance risk management and executive-ready reporting while supporting health authority interactions and program decisions
