Requirements
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a varied portfolio
- Experience managing or mentoring designers
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator Photoshop and InDesign
- Proficient in Microsoft Word PowerPoint Excel and Google Docs Slides Sheets
- Experience in package design and working with dielines
- Strong print production knowledge
- Experience in digital design including ads emails and website support
- Comfortable assisting on set for photo and video productions
- Video editing capabilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong brand consistency
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Self-starter mentality with a collaborative team-first attitude
Nice to have
- Cannabis industry experience
- Packaging compliance familiarity
- Vendor relations experience
- Adobe After Effects proficiency
- Shopify experience
- Asana Trello or Miro familiarity
Day to day
- Lead design across five cannabis brands while maintaining strict brand consistency and high visual standards
- Create and produce packaging point-of-sale displays digital ads social content web assets sales materials and merchandise
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director Brand Team and other departments manage a direct report and support photo and video productions
