Requirements

  • 5+ years of graphic design experience with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
  • Strong portfolio across packaging digital social and e-commerce creative
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator Photoshop and InDesign
  • Figma experience a plus
  • Hands-on experience designing Amazon listings and A+ Content
  • Understanding of conversion-focused design
  • Experience with AI image generation tools such as Midjourney or Adobe Firefly
  • Solid understanding of print production including dielines color profiles and vendor coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive communication and problem solving skills
  • Curiosity about brand growth consumer behavior and creative performance
