Requirements
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience ideally in an agency or fast paced client focused environment
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator InDesign and Photoshop
- Working knowledge of motion design tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro
- Strong Figma skills with the ability to collaborate within the platform
- Experience working with website and design components in Figma is a plus
- Highly organized detail oriented with strong typography color layout and composition skills
- Confident presenting design decisions to internal stakeholders
- Able to manage projects independently and collaborate cross functionally
- Curious adaptable and eager to learn new tools industries and creative challenges
- Portfolio required for consideration

Day to day
- Translate client briefs brand guidelines and project scopes into compelling design solutions
- Design a range of creative deliverables including social graphics digital ads presentations white papers and event collateral
- Collaborate with strategists project leads UX UI and motion teams to produce polished on brand assets
- Guide internal reviews present design rationale and mentor junior designers while maintaining quality and consistency
