Requirements
- Strong knowledge of modern server architecture in high-performance GPU-based environments
- Hands-on experience with GPUs networking NVLink and PCIe technologies
- Proficiency in Linux systems with Python and Bash for automation and tooling
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex hardware software and networking issues
- Experience with deep investigation root cause analysis and performance optimization in cloud or HPC environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a performance-first mindset
- Basic electronics modification skills including soldering and wiring

Day to day
- Design, deploy, and maintain high-performance cloud systems optimized for AI workloads.
- Plan and run hardware R&D tests and experiments in data center environments.
- Investigate and resolve complex issues across GPUs networking PCIe and server infrastructure to improve reliability and performance.
- Develop test plans benchmark advanced GPU InfiniBand and compute systems and collaborate with engineering and operations teams to fine-tune configurations.
