Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as nuclear mechanical aerospace systems engineering or related discipline
- 5–10 years of experience in systems engineering and integration of complex hardware systems
- Experience working with Systems Engineering Integration and Test or SEIT teams in a cross-functional engineering environment
- Ability to coordinate across engineering project management procurement manufacturing suppliers and test organizations
- Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive alignment across competing priorities
- Experience supporting system integration activities in a highly regulated or technically complex industry

Day to day
- Develop and maintain system and product integration plans for complex hardware programs, including sequencing interface readiness test objectives and key dependencies
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across systems engineering hardware engineering integration and test project management procurement suppliers and manufacturing to keep integration efforts aligned
- Identify track and help resolve technical and programmatic risks gaps and blockers while communicating status decisions and priorities clearly to technical and leadership audiences
