Requirements

  • Proven HubSpot experience ideally 5+ years hands-on
  • Experience leading complex HubSpot projects client-facing or internal
  • Strong experience across multiple HubSpot hubs
  • Confidence leading senior stakeholder conversations workshops audits and roadmap sessions
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture data structure lifecycle stages sales process marketing operations service operations and reporting
  • Ability to design scalable solutions not just complete tasks
  • Strong workflow automation and process design capability
  • Experience translating messy business requirements into clear HubSpot architecture
  • Comfortable owning client relationships and managing delivery expectations
  • Ability to challenge clients constructively
  • Commercial awareness around project scope delivery effort client value and long-term system sustainability
  • Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of outcomes
  • A team-first mentality with collaboration over ego

Day to day

  • Lead complex HubSpot implementation and optimisation projects from discovery through to rollout and continuous improvement
  • Design scalable CRM architectures including object structures lifecycle frameworks automation logic data models and reporting frameworks
  • Lead senior stakeholder workshops audits and roadmap sessions while translating messy requirements into practical solutions
  • Oversee build quality across workflows custom objects migrations integrations permissions governance and multi-hub configurations
  • Support and mentor less experienced colleagues and help refine internal delivery frameworks processes and documentation
