Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring HubSpot portals across multiple organizations
- Direct experience leading HubSpot implementations migrations or major rebuilds end-to-end
- Revenue Operations background or Sales Ops or Marketing Ops experience valued
- Expertise in HubSpot objects workflows permissions data models and reporting
- Experience working directly with clients in a consulting or agency environment
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable system solutions
- Strong project management skills with a track record of on-time delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Day to day
- Lead a delivery pod through HubSpot implementations migrations and rebuilds using a structured five-phase lifecycle
- Architect scalable HubSpot solutions for B2B clients including custom objects workflows permissions data architecture reporting and integrations
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor across 4–7 active accounts balancing client strategy hands-on configuration documentation and team leadership
