- Knowledge of Delegated Examiner Unit procedures
- Knowledge of OPM classifications and federal HR regulations
- Ability to pass a federal background check
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to operate office equipment and manage electronic and paper records

Day to day
- Review incoming recruitment requests and consult with HR staff on position and job requirements.
- Draft and post job opportunity announcements in USA Staffing with accuracy and compliance.
- Process applications, verify CTAP/ICTAP, adjudicate veterans' preference and minimum qualifications, and issue referrals and notifications.
