Requirements

  • At least three years of professional HR experience supporting the US market
  • Strong hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment
  • Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese including spoken and written communication
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients employees candidates and internal stakeholders in both English and Mandarin
  • Practical experience supporting employee onboarding offboarding HR documentation employee records payroll preparation benefits administration or related employee lifecycle processes
  • Working knowledge of US employment practices and HR operations
  • Strong candidate sourcing interviewing stakeholder management and client service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities clients and open positions simultaneously
  • Strong ownership mentality and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent attention to detail organization judgment and follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
  • Authorization to work in the United States without violating applicable employment eligibility requirements

Day to day

  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment services for multiple US clients and build trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Manage candidate sourcing screening interview coordination offer negotiation pre-employment steps and onboarding with accuracy and speed.
  • Support HR operations including onboarding offboarding employee records payroll preparation benefits administration and cross-border coordination.
  • Provide consultative HR support in both English and Mandarin while maintaining confidentiality and service excellence.
