Role: Sr Human Resources Consultant
Location: 99% remote but will need to go into the Pasadena, CA office for a few meetings each yearDuration: 12 months with likelihood of extension

OverviewThis is a true consultative role, helping to facilitate and lead workgroups with physicians, create presentations via PowerPoint with data sets from Excel, and collaborating with various depts. to assist Physician Leaders with compensation-based proposals.
Job DescriptionParticipates in, and may develop and/or implement company-wide HR programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, workforce planning, and organizational change). Works closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development. Consults with employees and managers to address human resources issues. Assists in the alignment of human resources with strategic business objectives. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influence, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, strategic and tactical analysis and problem solving.
ResponsibilitiesLead development and/or implementation of the client HR roadmap and initiatives, on-time and on-budgetContribute to development and/or implement the IT HR Strategic Roadmap plans, on-time and on-budgetCoach management and non-management employees with tactical and long-term perspectives to grow leadership, managerial, and team capabilitiesComplete exemplary investigations with urgency, and complete documentation- Identify and coordinate timely training solutions and services to enable and foster cultural changeAdvise and guide clients regarding short-, intermediate- and long-term organizational and individual staff decisions covering employee relations, retention, compensation, staffing, terminations, organizational design, development planning, organizational changes, and other business needs Interpret and uphold HR policies and practices
