- 6+ years of design research experience

- Comfortable leading a team of researchers
Day to day
- Lead the successful delivery of design research projects
- Work closely with industrial and UX/UI designers
- Collaborate with clients on large scale projects
- Mentor and guide a team of junior researchers
- Design and execute complex research studies, analyze data and influence design decisions
