Requirements
- 5 to 8 years experience in Senior Active Directory/Entra ID role
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory/Entra ID, LDAP
- Familiar with PIM, PAM, IGA concepts
- Experience with AWS IAM, endpoint privilege management, Linux integration
- 1+ years cloud infrastructure experience with AWS and Azure preferred
- Experience in orchestration, automation solutions with APIs/scripts/tools
- Mentoring team members and technical documentation review
- Familiar with regulations like NIST, PCI, SOC, HIPAA, ISO 17799/27002
- Microsoft certifications or other industry certifications a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in CyberSecurity/related field or equivalent experience preferred

Day to day
- Lead BAU Identity and Access management operations
- Design, install, maintain, upgrade, troubleshoot InfoSec Identity service applications
- Collaborate globally to integrate authentication systems and ensure security
- Implement and manage Privileged Management and Identity Governance systems
- Automate user and device onboarding/offboarding processes
- Maintain application certification and manage secrets lifecycle
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and incident response
