Requirements

  • 5+ years agency sales experience
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license
  • Deep commercial lines knowledge including Management Liability and Tech E&O
  • Strong record converting company-provided leads and referrals
  • Experience using Salesforce to track lead progression
  • Ability to multitask meet deadlines and work independently
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite
  • Experience with web-based quoting tools
  • Strong verbal interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-culturally on a global team
  • Ability to perform in a remote work environment

Day to day

  • Drive new business growth across commercial insurance verticals including D&O EPLI Tech E&O and Cyber
  • Manage larger complex accounts and guide customers through consultative insurance solutions from lead to bind
  • Prepare submissions negotiate terms and collaborate with internal teams to improve retention customer satisfaction and referrals
