Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 years project management experience
- 3-5 years mergers and acquisitions experience
- Strong knowledge of M&A integration lifecycle
- IMO and finance/accounting M&A experience preferred
- PMP CCMP or similar certification preferred
- ERP integration or migration experience with Oracle SAP Workday or similar
- Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp Asana or Monday.com
- Strong collaboration analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to hold others accountable and drive change management

Day to day
- Lead acquisition integration planning and execution across ERP, Accounting & Finance, Tax, and Treasury workstreams
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to manage timelines deliverables milestones and risk throughout the integration lifecycle
- Track progress facilitate meetings report status and drive alignment so integration plans support strategic objectives
