Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 7+ years of professional experience handling internal workplace investigations
- In depth knowledge of state and federal employment laws including FMLA ADA FLSA NLRB Title VII
- Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities
- Strong project management analytical fact-finding and evidence gathering skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to exercise a sense of urgency handling multiple cases priorities
- Ability to travel as required
Nice to have
- PHR/SPHR certification
- SHRM CP or SCP certification
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Conflict resolution skills
- Fast-paced environment experience
Day to day
- Investigate employee relations cases involving harassment discrimination workplace misconduct and policy violations across the enterprise.
- Analyze complaints metrics and patterns to identify concerns and support data-driven decisions.
- Document findings recommendations and summaries clearly while protecting confidentiality and collaborating with leadership legal and internal stakeholders.
