Day to day
- Lead the IT team at a fast-scaling startup and define what world-class internal IT looks like.
- Coach and grow IT Support Engineers while staying hands-on with escalations and technical standards.
- Own core systems, vendor relationships, procurement, automation, onboarding and offboarding, and partner with Security on compliance controls.
