Who you are

• Understand fundamentals of a modern SaaS-based IT landscape
• Working experience preferably as a scrum master or project manager in a fast-paced and agile environment
• Highly organized and a strong communicator who can effectively multitask and prioritize as needs evolve
• Experienced change manager with a track record of ensuring smooth transitions
• Lead regular team meetings to determine progress, set momentum, remove barriers, and address risks and dependencies
• Effectively communicate between various technical and non-technical stakeholders (junior to C-level)
• Fluent in English

What the job involves

• Support HR, Finance, and IT teams to integrate into the Datasite IT landscape
• Work across teams and organizations to ensure collaboration and achieve common goals
• Drive the definition of business requirements and the scope
• Build and maintain a project plan/roadmap
• Ensure the timely execution of the plan while adapting to changing circumstances
• Minimize unnecessary distractions through excellent change management and smooth transitions
