Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Hands-on manual Salesforce, web and mobile app software testing
- Experience with various operating systems and browser combinations
- Knowledge of software automation framework solutions for web and mobile apps
- Proven success working within an Agile software delivery methodology
- Strong process and manual testing expertise
- Keen business analysis skills
Nice to have
- Extremely organized
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience with Salesforce ecosystem
- Experience with Test Management tools
- Understanding of coding languages

Day to day
- Ensure Insulet’s IT projects meet quality standards including reliability, usability, and performance
- Communicate key metrics and track progress towards quality goals
- Provide leadership and oversight for manual test coverage and engage 3rd party partners appropriately
- Define/enhance QA processes and identify necessary test coverage
- Provide go-live application assessments
