Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or university
- Knowledge Management Certification strongly preferred
- Minimum seven (7) years related experience
- At least seven (7) years demonstrated experience in Knowledge Management strongly preferred
- At least five (5) years experience in Information Technology strongly preferred
- Experience in Education (K-12) knowledge management or program work strongly preferred
Nice to have
- Proficient in Knowledge Management practices
- Knowledgeable about organization and information structures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Proven ability to build positive working relationships
- Effective communication with customers
Day to day
- Lead and manage knowledge management initiatives to support CLIENT Mission
- Promote and adhere to CLIENT's Knowledge Management Methodology throughout the Knowledge Lifecycle
- Ensure ITS and Business Leaders align knowledge assets with departmental goals and CLIENT Vision
