Who you are
- University degree in Law (Labour/Industrial relations), HR, or related field
- 10+ years of HR, employee relations, labor relations, or L&E legal experience
- Solid technical knowledge of labour and employment laws in UK/Ireland
- Experience in managing complex employee investigations and employee representative bodies
- Ability to apply LER expertise pragmatically and influence stakeholders
- Experience in developing process-oriented solutions for consistent LER outcomes
What the job involves
- Drive and support execution of labour and employee relations strategies in Europe
- Handle non-routine core ER matters in partnership with OpCo HR
- Support OpCo HR Business Partners on routine core ER processes
- Provide leadership on enterprise initiatives and projects
- Offer mentorship and guidance on works council/union/labour relations matters
