Who you are

  • University degree in Law (Labour/Industrial relations), HR, or related field
  • 10+ years of HR, employee relations, labor relations, or L&E legal experience
  • Solid technical knowledge of labour and employment laws in UK/Ireland
  • Experience in managing complex employee investigations and employee representative bodies
  • Ability to apply LER expertise pragmatically and influence stakeholders
  • Experience in developing process-oriented solutions for consistent LER outcomes



What the job involves

  • Drive and support execution of labour and employee relations strategies in Europe
  • Handle non-routine core ER matters in partnership with OpCo HR
  • Support OpCo HR Business Partners on routine core ER processes
  • Provide leadership on enterprise initiatives and projects
  • Offer mentorship and guidance on works council/union/labour relations matters
