Requirements
- 10-15 years of deep hands-on Azure architecture experience
- Strong understanding of PaaS offerings and when to leverage Azure services
- Experience designing scalable enterprise systems end-to-end
- Strong knowledge of .NET Core ASP.NET containerization SQL patterns MassTransit CI/CD pipelines and security considerations
- Ability to clearly explain technical decisions and architectural tradeoffs
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
- Humble coachable collaborative and receptive to feedback
- Genuine passion for coding engineering and continuous learning especially around AI enablement and tooling
