- 5 to 7 years of web design experience
- Strong UX foundation with wireframing information architecture and user flow thinking
- High proficiency in Figma
- Experience with responsive design and web usability best practices
- Ability to collaborate with developers using HTML CSS and JavaScript
- Strong communication skills for client presentations and stakeholder management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Webflow or other CMS platforms
- Portfolio showing strategic thinking and visual craft end to end
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design Web Design or related field

Day to day
- Own the design strategy and execution for a dedicated optimization client in a long-term account relationship.
- Lead UX and content strategy conversations and translate business goals into clear wireframes, prototypes, and polished web experiences.
- Present creative work directly to clients, collaborate with developers and project managers, and guide junior designers to maintain quality and momentum.
