Requirements
- Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt SAFe SPC or RTE Professional Scrum ICAgile or Kanban credentials
- Current practical AI fluency including tool and agent building vibe coding and responsible governance
- Deep hands-on Lean and Lean Six Sigma expertise ideally to Black Belt level
- Strong Agile delivery experience across Scrum Kanban and scaled multi-team environments
- Proven training teaching or facilitation experience with adult learners
- Credibility delivering coaching advisory workshop design health checks and transformation support
- Strong grasp of flow and value metrics prioritisation forecasting and tooling such as Jira Miro and DevOps
- Excellent facilitation influencing and stakeholder skills

Day to day
- Deliver Agile, Lean Six Sigma and AI-enabled learning across classroom virtual and blended formats for varied audiences.
- Run experiential hands-on sessions using simulations workshops real data and live problem-solving to build practical capability.
- Coach advise and facilitate teams and leaders on modern ways of working continuous improvement and measurable business outcomes.
