5-8+ years PQE with law firm and in-house SaaS experience
Strong B2B SaaS and enterprise software contracting experience
Experience negotiating customer paper
Strong understanding of SaaS MSAs DPAs SLAs security addenda procurement terms and reseller or partner contracts
Comfortable with US and international European customers
Practical understanding of GDPR privacy data processing security obligations and subprocessors
Strong commercial judgment and escalation skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales Finance RevOps Security Product and leadership
Experience creating templates playbooks approval matrices and self-serve processes
Ability to negotiate IP ownership benchmarking AI ML restrictions and product-use restrictions
Preferred: technical SaaS background
Preferred: AWS Marketplace experience
Preferred: public sector or regulated customers
Preferred: building legal playbooks from scratch
Preferred: CLM or quote-to-contract tooling experience
Preferred: US and EU legislation familiarity
Preferred: exposure to equity corporate governance employment and fundraising

Own first-line contract review for standard commercial matters including NDAs MSAs DPAs and procurement redlines
Build and operate a legal intake and prioritisation process with clear approval thresholds across key teams
Create practical legal infrastructure including templates playbooks fallback positions and self-serve tools to reduce deal friction and improve enterprise sales predictability
